Lauren works at the district, school, or organizational level to support professionals in designing, implementing and enhancing college counseling programs. Consulting services are custom tailored to the needs of your staff, students, and program. Supports may range from targeted professional development sessions for counselors and teaching faculty, to parent or student workshops, curriculum and material design, or the development of goal-driven systems and approaches that equip teams with the tools to achieve results while empowering students in the process. Lauren has experience designing, implementing and delivering interventions in a variety of school and organizational settings, with a particular focus on approaches that are inclusive of students and families who have been underrepresented or historically marginalized in the college process.

Lauren has a proven track record of effective, individualized professional coaching to support college counselors and leaders in growing and enhancing their skills. Lauren’s intentional and asset-based approach supports professionals in deepening their impact as college counselors and building the skills to design, lead, and scale college counseling programs that effectively support students in their college goals while developing a stronger sense of self through the process.
